Senior Frontend Developer

About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Frontend Developer who lives and breathes modern web technologies. You'll work directly with our product and design teams to build fast, accessible, and beautiful interfaces that our customers love. This is a fully remote role — work from anywhere in the world.

What You'll Do

• 1Architect and build complex, performant UI components using React and TypeScript
• 2Own and evolve our design system, ensuring consistency across all product surfaces
• 3Collaborate closely with designers to translate Figma mockups into pixel-perfect interfaces
• 4Mentor junior developers through code reviews and pair programming sessions
• 5Drive frontend performance optimization and establish best practices
• 6Contribute to technical decisions and help shape our engineering culture

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of professional frontend development experience
• Deep expertise with React, TypeScript, and modern CSS (Tailwind preferred)
• Strong understanding of web accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA)
• Experience building and maintaining component libraries or design systems
• Proven ability to work autonomously in a remote-first environment
• Excellent communication skills — written and verbal

Nice to Have

• Experience with Next.js or similar SSR/SSG frameworks
• Familiarity with animation libraries (Framer Motion, GSAP)
• Contributions to open-source projects
• Experience with Storybook or similar documentation tools
