Product Designer

About the Role

As a Product Designer at FlowBase, you'll own the end-to-end design process — from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping and handoff. You'll work in our beautiful Prague office alongside a tight-knit team that values craft, curiosity, and bold ideas.

What You'll Do

• 1Lead design for key product features from concept to launch
• 2Conduct user research, usability testing, and synthesize findings into actionable insights
• 3Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma
• 4Collaborate with engineers to ensure design intent is preserved in implementation
• 5Contribute to and evolve our design system and brand guidelines
• 6Present design work to stakeholders and incorporate feedback thoughtfully

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of product design experience in a tech company or agency
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma
• Solid understanding of interaction design, information architecture, and typography
• Experience with user research methods and data-informed design decisions
• Comfortable working in English (our team language)

Nice to Have

• Experience designing for B2B SaaS products
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and frontend frameworks
• Motion design skills (After Effects, Principle, or Rive)
• Experience with design tokens and systematic design approaches
