Head of Marketing

About the Role

We're hiring our first Head of Marketing to build and lead our marketing function from the ground up. This is a rare opportunity to shape the brand, voice, and growth engine of a fast-moving startup. You'll report directly to the CEO and have full ownership of our marketing strategy — from content and SEO to product launches and community building.

What You'll Do

• 1Define and own the entire marketing strategy — from brand positioning to demand generation
• 2Build and manage a high-performing marketing team as we scale
• 3Lead content marketing, SEO, and thought leadership initiatives
• 4Plan and execute product launches, campaigns, and events
• 5Establish marketing analytics and reporting to measure impact and ROI
• 6Collaborate with product and sales teams to align messaging and go-to-market strategy

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years of marketing experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role
• Proven track record of building marketing functions at early-stage startups
• Deep expertise in B2B SaaS marketing — content, SEO, demand gen, and product marketing
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in marketing automation tools
• Exceptional storytelling and copywriting abilities
• Self-starter who thrives with autonomy and ambiguity

Nice to Have

• Experience marketing developer tools or technical products
• Existing network in the tech/startup community
• Hands-on experience with PLG (product-led growth) strategies
• Familiarity with CRM and analytics platforms (HubSpot, Mixpanel, etc.)
